Whomever picks the music at my gym in the morning should really be ashamed; while I would prefer hard rock I would settle for some heart pumping modern R&B. Instead I am treated every other morning when I lift to a mix of Lilith Fair era girl rock, college era downer alternative & the best of all, techno remixes.
This morning they actually played techno remixes of Cher & Cheryl Crow. Why would anyone in the world make a techno mix of Cheryl Crow? Nothing gets me more pumped than Meredith Brooks followed by some techno Cher!
The transition of that place to an all gay gym is going to be so smooth I am not sure I will notice until it is too late!
