MSNBC & John Harwood

I love this clip of John Harwood & MSNBC proving why they are a third rate news network with no viewers. Have to love the elitism on the left.

Garofalo’s SECOND race-related tyraid on Olbermann

If you haven’t catched it Janine Garofalo, the woman who hates Hollywood so much she takes every terrible part offered to her, called everyone who attended tea parties “teabagging rednecks” who were all about “hating a black man in the White House.” Yes it is proof once again that the left is filled with hate and cannot see beyond race. Not only that but when they face opposition they MUST turn to childish namecalling or sexual humor like “teabagging.”

However this was the SECOND time Garofalo, an expert on being black, made some odd comments when sitting with Keith Olbermann. Previously Olbermann and Garofalo talked about Michael Steele, the Republican Party chairman, as suffering from “Stockholm Syndrome” and being “self-loathing” and was “trying to curry favor” with his “oppressor.” So if you are black in Janine’s world you cannot have a political mind of your own, nope there is just something horribly wrong with you and you hate yourself and other black people. MUST be true of the Party that freed slavery and passed the Civil Rights Act.

So anyone opposing the president is racist even if they are black. Glad we cleared that up, whack job.

Olbermann & Garofalo make racist comments on MSNBC

According to Keith Olbermann & Janine Garofalo if a black person chooses not to be a Democrat they suffer from a mental disorder. Let’s see, creating a stereotype about an entire race of people and applying it to say any member of that race who is not following the stewreotype must have a mental disorder or be a “self-loather” as they called him because he rejects the stereotype, oh yeah we call that racism.

GAROFALO, REFERRING TO DARYN KAGAN: She dated him, so either she suffers from Stockholm Syndrome – a lot like Michael Steele, who’s the black guy in the Republican party who suffers from Stockholm Syndrome, which means you try and curry favor with the oppressor.

OLBERMANN: Yes, you talk about self-loathing.

GAROFALO: Yeah, and there’s, any female or person of color in the Republican party is struggling with Stockholm Syndrome.

But this is the Democratic way way some on the left think. Most Republicans believe black people are 100% equal and as important as anyone else on the planet. No special treatment, no coddling, no telling black people what they must think or how they must live because of their race, we don’t walk around declaring that SOME black people are not BLACK ENOUGH because they don’t fit into some warped vision where all black people must dance, play basketball and love rap music, no we believe every black person is born with the same god-given liberties as everyone else and like the rest of us have the same chance to succeed or fail based on their own actions and self-determination.

That is why the very first Republican President took our nation to War to remove enslavement.

Olbermann & Garafalo and those like them make me sick. They believe minority voters and women must be trapped inside a liberal cage. They talk about “rights” until people disagree with their view of life. So Michael Steele MUST be an uncle tom “self-loather” because he believes in the Constitution and family values; Sarah Palin MUST be a terrible hate-monger because she believes human life must be respected.

This kind of racist, sexist inequality has absolutely no place in our society. The only thing I will give both is that they are honest enough to talk openly about their bigoted ideas.

Alex Witt drinking from the MSNBC crazy fountain

WOW, this transcript found via NewsBusters

ALEX WITT: You know, John, and it’s interesting because there are many who had such an optimstic and hopeful opinion of things, and you certainly can’t expect things to change [snaps fingers] on a dime overnight, but there are many who suggested that with the outgoing Bush administration and the incoming Obama administration there would be something of a lull in terrorism attacks. There had been such a global outpouring of affection, respect, hope, with the new administration coming in, that precisely these kinds of attacks, it was thought — at least hoped — would be dampered down. But in this case it looks like Barack Obama is getting a preview of things to come.

JOHN YANG: He’s — it’s a rude awakening, a very, sort of, sober reminder of what he’s going to be facing in just a few weeks. And there is some concern also, there had been some concern, that during this period, during this, the transition period, between Election Day and Inauguration Day, that the enemies of the United States, those who don’t care for the United States no matter who’s leading it, would try and test the United States, would try to take advantage of this period, and I think that may be one thing that we’re seeing right now.

WITT: Okay, John Yang there in Chicago, following President-elect Barack Obama’s Thanksgiving Day dinner having been interrupted by all of this news from Mumbai. John, thank you very much.
