The National Review: Created in 1955 by William F. Buckley Jr. this publication has both an active Web site and produces a biweely magazine. The publication boasts writing from Rich Lowry, Jonah Goldberg, Jay Nordlinger, Kate O’Beirne, Ramesh Ponnuru, John Miller, Byron York, John O’Sullivan, Victor Davis Hanson, David Frum, David Pryce-Jones, Larry Kudlow, Paul Johnson, Robert Bork.
The Weekly Standard: Created in 1995 the publication, owned by News Corporation, produces 48 issues a year.

Updated online every two weeks the Central Intelligence Agency uses the factbook to provide information on countries around the world. This information includes geographic, people and population, government, economic, communications, transportation, military and transnational issues data.
The Heritage Foundation
A conservative think tank located in Washington D.C. whose stated mission is to “formulate and promote conservative public policies based on the principles of free enterprise, limited government, individual freedom, traditional American values, and a strong national defense.”
The CATO Institute
A “libertarian” leaning think tank located in Washington D.C. whose states mission is “to broaden the parameters of public policy debate to allow consideration of the traditional American principles of limited government, individual liberty, free markets, and peace”
Government Accountability Office
From the site, “The U.S. Government Accountability Office (GAO) is an independent, nonpartisan agency that works for Congress. Often called the “congressional watchdog,” GAO investigates how the federal government spends taxpayer dollars.” – The site is a great place to find audits of government programs, investigations of alleges of abuse or illegal activities, policy analysis etc.

Accuracy in Media
From the site “non-profit, grassroots citizens watchdog of the news media that critiques botched and bungled news stories and sets the record straight on important issues that have received slanted coverage.”
Accuracy in Academia
From the site, “Accuracy in Academia, a non-profit research group based in Washington, D. C., wants schools to return to their traditional mission-the quest for truth. To promote this goal, AIA documents and publicizes political bias in education in Campus Report, its monthly newsletter. CR articles focus on:
• The use of classroom and/or university resources to indoctrinate students;
• Discrimination against students, faculty or administrators based on political or academic beliefs; and
• Campus violations of free speech.”

A group devoted to “empowering conservative women” SGP is also open to men too! There is a Ning site for social networking, a blog site and an online magazine at Smart Girl Nation,
Conservatives are organizing online & Twitter is booming with people you should be connecting with.
Once you have a Twitter account TCOT is the place to go to find other conservatives you should be following.
Just like TCOT only for those who describe themselves as libertarian.
